BMW Insured Emergency Service has been designed to provide assistance for BMW drivers in the event of motoring complications. You and your BMW are covered whether you are at home, on the road in the United Kingdom or travelling in the Republic of Ireland and most of Continental Europe.
In the event that you require assistance BMW Insured Emergency Service will arrange support for you utilising an extensive network of Emergency Service centres, manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by experienced multi-lingual staff. With a range of comprehensive benefits such as a hire car* and vehicle redelivery*, you can rest assured that BMW Insured Emergency Service will take care of you and your BMW.
BMW Insured Emergency Service can either be purchased on its own or with a BMW Insured Warranty. If you choose not to include BMW Insured Emergency Service with your BMW Insured Warranty, you will still be provided with UK roadside recovery to your nearest BMW Retailer.

BMW Insured Emergency Service Essential cannot be purchased alongside a BMW Insured Warranty.
To get a quote, you will need your vehicle registration number and the exact current mileage of your car. If you were sent a reminder letter you also will require the PIN and login name detailed on it. The service history of the Insured Vehicle will be required by the repairing Retailer in the event of a claim. The service history should be supported by corresponding VAT invoices from the servicing or repairing Retailer.
